Where can I get a product user manual ?

User manuals and installation guides are available in an electronical format on a CD provided with your product. The documentations are also available from http://support.udcast.com if you benefit from a maintenance contract. One logged into the web site, you will first have to select a product and a version to see the associated documentations.
