IPTV to the Mobile (DVB-H)

How can I get the effective output bitrate for the traffic forwarded by the IPE-10?

The effective IP output bitrate take into account overheads, coming from the timestamps and the IP/UDP headers. It can be calculated from the ASI output bitrate with the following formula:

Bip=(Basi/L*N)*(N*(L+Lts)+Hip/udp+Hpayload)

L=UDP packet size = 188 octets
Lts= Timestamp size = 8 octets
Hip-udp= IP/UDP header = 28 octets
Hpayload= Payload header= 20 octets
N= Number of TPs per UDP packet = 7 by default

Bip=(Basi/188*N)*(N*(188+8)+20+28)

By default, with N=7:
Bip=(Basi/1316)*1420
