When is the "virtual" 1PPS time referenced in the IPE-10 ?

The "virtual" 1PPS reference is calculated with an extra margin of 50 ms compared to a normal SFN adapter, meaning that time drifts up to 50 ms can be absorbed by the SFN transmission network.
