UDcast Product Life Cycle
According to UDcast's PLC :
- UDcast will support the latest software release for customers subscribing to its Maintenance and Support Services
- UDcast will provide bug fixes for Software versions of products for 6 months from the announcement of End of Sales
- General Support Services (Hotline, Software upgrades and updates) will be available for 2 years after the End of Sales date
